UWO Move-In Experience
Move-In at UW Oshkosh is a bit different from other colleges and universities. Your first stop at UWO is Check-In. Our centralized, drive-thru Check-In process is located in one of our campus parking lots. When you and any accompanying vehicles arrive, you’ll pull into the designated lane for your residence hall. Staff will come to your vehicle and process your check-in to the residence hall. After checking your TitanCard (or other photo ID), you will be given your keys, unloading passes, and directions to your residence hall’s unloading zone. Your entire check-in will be complete without leaving the comfort of your vehicle!
Learn more about our centralized Check-In, watch the video below.
UW Oshkosh has two Move-In days – one for New Students and one for Continuing Students. Move-In for New Students is on Sunday, September 4 and Move-In for Continuing Students is on Monday, September 5 (Labor Day). A New Student is any student new to UW Oshkosh. A Continuing Student is any student who has been enrolled at UW Oshkosh previously.
To make your Move-In experience as convenient as possible, you will select your own time to Move-In to the residence halls on your scheduled day. All students must sign up for a Move-In time. Click on the Move In Scheduler icon below to select your Move-In time on the day you will arrive to the residence halls. You will need to enter your UW Oshkosh username and NET ID to choose your time. You will only be able to select a Move-In time on the day you are scheduled. New Students move-in on Sunday, September 4 and Continuing Students move-in on Monday, September 5.
